Placing Your First Order

Orders will be received and processed during our regular business hours: 9 am – 5 pm, Monday – Thursday and 9 am – 4 pm Friday EST. Orders can be placed through our website or by calling us directly at 610-647-1501.

What if I have questions or want to change/cancel my order?

Please call us at 610-647-1501 and a friendly representative will assist you.

Coupons & Sales

Once you register your e-mail address you will receive future announcements of member’s only sales and discount coupons. Please note that coupons cannot be combined. Enter the coupon code to be applied in the Discount Coupon Code box (then click apply) at Check Out.  

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

A copy of your invoice will be included in your order. If you need another copy you may call us at 610-647-1501.

International Orders

We will ship orders to Canada. Some restrictions apply. Please see details under Canadian Shipping on the homepage.

When will my order ship?

We ship our packages via USPS or UPS Monday - Friday. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days from when they were placed. Holiday shipping times may vary.

What are my shipping charges?

Standard shipping is based on your order total. A shipping chart is available at the check-out page on our website.

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges will be honored within 30 days of purchase with a proof of purchase.

Is there a deadline for reporting a damaged product?

Yes, a 30 day deadline with a proof of purchase.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If a doll accessory or a pair of shoes is out of stock, we will send a comparable product; there are no back orders.
